Dunia Salomon is an associate in the Mexico City office and is a member of the Corporate Practice Group.

Miss Salomon specializes in corporate structuring, governance and compliance, private equity, cross border financing, transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial insolvency, bankruptcy procedures and other corporate matters .

Miss Salomon completed her legal studies at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in 2006.

Miss Salomon is fluent in Spanish and English.
