Manuel Pérez
is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He completed
his legal studies at the
Universidad Iberoamericana in 2004 and an additional
Certificate in International Business and Finance at NYU in
2006.
His
practice is focused in advising and structuring corporate and
financial transactions, with special emphasis in mergers and
acquisitions, acquisition financing, project finance,
structured financing and equity and debt securitizations
representing foreign and domestic clients in the private and
public sectors.
He is fluent
in Spanish and English.
