Marco Carrasco is an associate the Los Cabos office and is a member of the Real Estate and Tax groups.

Mr. Carrasco specializes in real estate transactions, including "ejidos", as well as drafting civil and commercial agreements. Additionally he has conducted corporate audits in civil and mercantile entities and has supervised corporate transactions including loans and collaterals.

Mr. Carrasco earned his law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. He also holds a bachelors degree in political science from the University of California at Berkeley, an LLM in Comparative International Law from the University of San Diego, and has studied international arbitration and mediation as well as international contracts at the Université de Paris. He is currently completing an additional LLM in Mexican Tax Law at the Universidad de las Americas, Puebla.

Mr. Carrasco is fluent in English and Spanish.
